"Conservative national security allies of President Bush are in revolt against Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, saying that she is incompetent and has reversed the administration’s national security and foreign policy agenda," reports Insight Magazine. The conservatives, who include Newt Gingrich, Richard Perle and leading current and former members of the Pentagon and National Security Council, have urged the president to transfer Miss Rice out of the State Department and to an advisory role. They said Miss Rice, stemming from her lack of understanding of the Middle East, has misled the president on Iran and the Arab-Israeli conflict.The thing that totally astounds me about these fools - Gingrich, Perle, etc. - is that they assume, and Goddess only knows why, that dubya seems to know about leading this country, be it foreign policy or domestic affairs. Idiots. They're all dumbass buffoons.
"The president has yet to understand that people make policy and not the other way around," a senior national security policy analyst said. "Unlike [former Secretary of State Colin] Powell, Condi is loyal to the president. She is just incompetent on most foreign policy issues."
Condi is no more incompetent than dubya. At least she can string a coherent sentence together. And, when I say coherent, I'm merely referring to her proper use of the English language. As for what she says, well yeah, I agree. She's incompetent.

Rice's cardinal sin to the far right and neocons is that she doesn't think the US can do everything it wants to as long as it tries really, really hard. So she has an inkling of reality and that is bad. The neocon idiots and Bush were actually thinking of using nuclear weapons against Iran, which the military is supposed to have argued against. I guess they didn't want to see Iraq two days after Bush attacked Iran.
But I can't think of much positive to say about Rice, she just isn't as stupid as some of them. I've gotten so that I can't stand to hear her voice; Nina and I turn down the sound when she is on.

You are wrong about the one I call 'The Wicked Witch of the West'... she is very competent. Don't let her fool you.
She is a representative of Chevron and is serving in their best interests.
The fact that thousands of people are dying as a result of her policies... she is still doing the job she is meant to do...
keeping the oil from the Middle East flowing and making sure that companies like Chevron make their profit.
To hell with humanity... it's all about money!

Damn, of all things to get your name on..... an oil tankner. That sure does speak volumes. I suppose when we're talking about competence, or the lack thereof, when the country is being controlled by oil interests, dubya and his dick, it's no wonder this country, and the world is in the crapper right now. Gotta be thinking about the profits, after all.
