We say in Hebrew.."Till 120" on someone's birthday..
In his case... "Till 60" will be just fine.

Clinton made a big deal about it when he turned 50. Bush is keeping quiet about his birthday. Think he has something to be ashamed about? Or rather, think he has anything not to be ashamed about?
